Caleb is very personable, he has a great sense of humor, is willing to grab ahold and help without ever asking, and is a very respectful young man. We have 7 children, he would fit right in, we’d adopt him in a heartbeat. Caleb has all the qualities and values we instilled in our children. It’s the respect that is his biggest asset. When calling around for an agent last fall, he was the one who answered the phone. I had called other realtors in the area prior to talking to Caleb. Immediately he was the one Caleb passed my test, he still had to pass the husband's test. And, he did it with flying colors, and that’s not easy You know how you just know, that someone is good. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me with all my questions and was able to him reach on my schedule, which was very convenient. Caleb also was the listing agent which made communications from the sellers very prompt. He worked closely with the lender making my effort and involvement to a minimum.

I listed my house with Caleb after deciding I didn't want to deal with the hassle of "for sale by owner". It was only 6 days from the time I listed with Caleb to the time my house was under contract! Caleb is no average realtor with mediocre house photos and local newspaper advertising. The house had a whole 3D walk-through and aerial drone views with high-definition photos and video done by a professional. Advertising was everywhere we looked, including where people are more prone to shop now, like social media. All of this for the same fees all other realtors charge. Contact was always easy. Everyone knows it can be difficult to get in contact with your realtor - never the case with Caleb. I used to try to save a buck by selling by owner. I have changed my mind about this now though, and will definitely go through Caleb with my next buy or sell.
